L’Associé(e) à la vente joue un rôle essentiel dans l’expérience client en magasin. Il/Elle contribue activement à atteindre les objectifs de vente, à offrir un service client exceptionnel et à maintenir un environnement de magasin propre, organisé et conforme aux standards GEOX. Le poste comprend la participation aux opérations quotidiennes, un accueil client chaleureux et la promotion d’un environnement de travail positif.
Accueillir, guider et conseiller les clients en offrant une expérience exceptionnelle.
Assurer une connaissance adéquate des produits, technologies et caractéristiques GEOX.
Résoudre les demandes de base et référer les situations complexes au responsable.
Contribuer à la fidélisation des clients (captation d’e-mails, présentation des services GEOX, etc.).
Promouvoir activement les produits et proposer des ventes additionnelles.
Contribuer aux résultats du magasin en respectant les objectifs de vente individuels et d’équipe.
Assurer la mise en place, l’organisation et le réassort des produits selon les standards visuels.
Participer aux inventaires, aux comptages partiels et au suivi de la marchandise.
Maintenir la propreté et l’organisation du magasin, des cabines d’essayage et des zones de travail.
Participer au traitement des transactions : paiements, retours, échanges.
Respecter toutes les procédures opérationnelles et de gestion des caisses afin de minimiser les pertes.
Maintenir une communication claire avec les collègues et la direction.
Participer activement à un environnement de travail collaboratif, positif et motivant.
Prendre connaissance des informations affichées sur les tableaux de communication interne.
Diplôme d’études secondaires ou expérience équivalente en vente au détail.
Une expérience en vente ou service à la clientèle (mode ou chaussures, un atout).
Excellentes compétences en communication.
Sens du service et attitude orientée client.
Capacité à travailler en équipe et à suivre les directives.
Bonnes compétences organisationnelles et polyvalence.
Aisance avec les systèmes de caisse (formation offerte)
Capacité à rester debout, marcher, se pencher et soulever jusqu’à 30 lbs.
Horaire flexible : soirs, fins de semaine et périodes de pointe.

The Sales Associate plays a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. They support store performance by engaging customers, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. This position includes daily sales activities, operational support, and contributing to a positive and energetic team atmosphere.
Welcome, assist and advise customers with a high level of service.
Maintain strong product knowledge, including GEOX technologies and features.
Handle basic customer concerns and refer more complex issues to management.
Support customer loyalty efforts (email capture, service program explanation, etc.).
Promote products effectively and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Engage in upselling and cross-selling to enhance the customer experience.
Replenish, organize, and display merchandise following company standards.
Participate in inventory counts and stockroom organization.
Maintain store cleanliness and ensure fitting rooms and sales floor areas are presentable.
Operate the POS system for purchases, returns and exchanges.
Follow all operational and cash-handling procedures to prevent loss.
Communicate effectively with team members and management.
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Stay informed through internal communication boards and team updates.
High School diploma or equivalent retail experience.
Retail or customer service experience preferred (apparel/footwear is an asset).
