The Store Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the store, focusing on maximizing sales, managing net profit, and overseeing company assets. This includes managing personnel, ensuring safety standards, and implementing marketing and promotional plans.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, with a college degree preferred and at least 5 years of experience supervising a multi-unit, fast-paced business. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to be on-call 24/7 with a flexible schedule are required.
