The Outbound Associate is responsible for picking, packaging, and shipping orders while maintaining safety and accuracy standards. They also assist with customer pickups, palletizing freight, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience in a warehouse setting and familiarity with standard warehouse equipment are preferred.

Position Summary
The Distribution Center, Outbound Associate is primarily responsible for completing activities within the assigned functional areas of Shipping and Picking (Outbound: Picking, Small Parcel Shipping, Freight Shipping, Customer Pickup). Emphasis shall be placed on supporting positive Same Day Service outcomes through meeting established attendance, safety, accuracy, and production standards.
