Fox Toyota Lexus of El Paso is actively seeking Toyota, Lexus, ASE Certified, and experienced Automotive Technicians to join our growing service team.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair customer vehicles accurately and efficiently
• Perform maintenance and repair work according to manufacturer standards
• Communicate repair recommendations and labor estimates with service advisors
• Complete repair orders and documentation accurately
• Stay current on Toyota, Lexus, and industry technology
• Attend manufacturer and dealership training programs
• Mentor and support apprentice technicians when needed
• Follow safety and dealership operating procedures

Compensation & Incentives

• Annual earnings potential of $60,000-$120,000+ based on experience, certifications, productivity, and performance

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive technician experience required
• Toyota, Lexus, ASE, or dealership experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Valid Driver's License
• State Inspection License (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Own tools 
• Steel-toe or composite-toe work boots required
