The Support Lead ensures excellent customer service and trains crew members on store policies and operational procedures. They also oversee daily store activities, manage merchandising, and act as the Manager on Duty to handle store operations and security.
Candidates must have at least one year of management experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, climb ladders, and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
