The Support Leader ensures excellent customer service and oversees daily store operations, including staff management and merchandising. They are responsible for opening and closing the store, maintaining store cleanliness, and training associates on company policies and procedures.
Candidates must have at least one year of management experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs, using ladders, and working a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
