Oversees daily store activities, manages crew members to ensure a high-quality customer experience, and acts as Manager on Duty. Responsible for store opening/closing procedures, stock organization, and driving sales through optimized merchandising.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of management experience. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and working a flexible schedule.
