Oversees daily store activities, manages crew members, and ensures a high-quality customer experience. Responsible for store opening/closing procedures, stock organization, and driving sales through optimized merchandising.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of management experience. Candidates must be able to handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs and working a flexible schedule.
