Job Summary:
We
are seeking an experienced and motivated Partner Onboarding & Training
Manager to spearhead the onboarding, training, and development of Authorized Partners
joining our firm.
The
successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and
managing an onboarding and training system that delivers a seamless experience
for partners.
This
role will also include content creation, collaboration with external
institutes, and supporting marketing efforts to ensure all onboarding materials
and training programs are effective and aligned with the company's strategic
objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1 Develop
Onboarding and Training Processes:
- Create
a structured onboarding journey for new Authorized Partners (sub-brokers),
ensuring that all training materials and resources are comprehensive, engaging and effective.
- Implement
a system that encompasses both online and offline training modules, utilizing a
mix of recorded, live, and self-paced training methods.
2 Build
and Manage a Training Platform:
- Design
and manage a comprehensive training platform for new partners. This platform
should integrate various modules such as industry knowledge, compliance,
technical skills, and sales strategies.
- Coordinate
both online (live and recorded) and offline training sessions for partners,
ensuring they are accessible, scalable, and tailored to diverse learning needs.
3 Collaborate
with External Institutes and Vendors:
- Establish
and maintain partnerships with training institutes, certification bodies, and
external vendors to offer additional value-added training modules.
- Regularly
assess and update external training materials to align with industry standards
and regulatory requirements.
4 Coordinate
with In-House Teams:
- Work
closely with internal teams, including marketing, compliance, and technical
experts, to create in-house videos, webinars, and training sessions.
- Ensure
that all in-house training content is current, accurate, and aligns with
company branding and objectives.
5 Content
Development for Marketing and Business Development:
- Collaborate
with the marketing and business development teams to create relevant content
for reaching new aspirants. This includes creating video content, social media
campaigns, webinar presentations, and other marketing collateral.
- Develop
engaging content that helps prospective sub-brokers understand the benefits of
partnering with the firm, while also driving recruitment initiatives.
6 Performance
Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track
and monitor the success of the training programs through feedback, assessments,
and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.
- Provide
regular reports on the effectiveness of the training and onboarding system to
senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s
or Master’s degree in Business, Learning & Development, Finance, or a
related field.
- Minimum
of 5-7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Partner
Management, preferably within the financial services, stockbroking industry or
some edtech company like LearnApp, NSE Academy or any other edtech company
which is into education of stock broking…
- Proven
experience in creating and managing training programs, including online
platforms and content creation.
- Excellent
project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders,
both internal and external.
- Strong
communication and presentation skills, with an ability to explain complex
financial concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Familiarity
with stockbroking regulations, industry standards, and compliance is a plus.
- Proficient
in content creation tools, learning management systems (LMS), and digital
marketing strategies.
