The Billing Clerk manages all aspects of vehicle deal billing, including verifying paperwork compliance and recording sales to the General Ledger. Responsibilities include calculating profits and commissions, reconciling dealer reserve statements, and processing factory incentives.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of automotive billing experience and proficiency with CDK software. A high school diploma and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel are also required.
