Provide elevated guest experiences through in-store sales, product education, and merchandising. Safely execute scheduled deliveries of orders while maintaining professionalism and regulatory compliance.
Requires a valid driver's license, a clean driving abstract, a criminal background check, and a personal insured vehicle. Candidates must hold a Provincial Cannabis Certification and have at least 6 months of delivery or logistics experience.

Job Overview
The Retail Sales & Delivery Associate plays a dual role in delivering a consistent and elevated guest experience across both the retail floor and scheduled deliveries. This position is responsible for engaging guests with knowledgeable, professional service in-store while also ensuring orders are delivered safely, accurately, and in a timely manner. Acting as a brand ambassador at every touchpoint, this role supports sales growth, product education, and promotional initiatives, while also contributing to overall store operations including merchandising, cleanliness standards, receiving, and inventory support.
