Provide Level 2 local and remote desktop support, including hardware and software troubleshooting and fault diagnosis. Maintain detailed documentation in a ticketing system and coordinate with supervisors to ensure operational consistency.
Requires 1-2 years of experience in Windows Desktop support with proficiency in Active Directory and Office 365. Candidates must have strong analytical skills and the ability to support various operating systems, including Windows and Mac.
a) Windows 7-11, Microsoft Active Directory, utilization of GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, Enterprise anti-virus solutions, Helpdesk ticketing systems.
b) Mobile device management including IOS and Android devices, Enterprise encryption solutions, Windows PC/laptop management via Active Directory.
c) Proven analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
d) Proven ability to multi-task, effectively determine priorities and meet SLA’s.
e) Excellent communication relationship-building and internal customer service skills
