The Management Trainee will learn all aspects of car wash operations, including customer service, sales, and facility maintenance. They will also develop leadership skills through hands-on training to prepare for future supervisory and management roles.
Candidates must possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and a commitment to learning and professional growth.

At Everclean Car Wash, we believe the best managers are people that have worked their way up so they can lead from experience. Our Management Trainee position is designed for motivated individuals who are willing to learn the business from the ground up and develop into future leaders.
As a Management Trainee, you'll begin by working as Tunnel Crew, learning every aspect of daily operations including customer service, sales, safety, equipment, and site maintenance. As you demonstrate leadership, reliability, and strong performance, you'll have opportunities to advance into supervisory and management roles.
