Essity is een toonaangevend hygiëne- en gezondheidsbedrijf dat zich met haar producten en diensten inzet voor het verbeteren van welzijn. Als onderdeel van het aanbod voor persoonlijke verzorging biedt Essity hoogwaardige, medische oplossingen op het gebied van compressie, orthopedie, wondverzorging en incontinentie.
Voor onze divisie Health & Medical zijn we op zoek naar een gepassioneerde en resultaatgerichte Brand Manager die onze merken in de Benelux laat groeien. Ons orthopedie assortiment bestaat uit gips, braces en fysiotherapie producten (o.a. sporttape) en de merken Deltacast, Actimove en Leukotape. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor ons compressie producten en het merk JOBST.
De rol kan vanuit ons kantoor in Zeist (NL) of Diegem (BE) vervuld worden. Daarbij werk je met regelmaat vanaf de andere locatie. In deze rol rapporteer je aan de Marketing Manager Benelux.
Als Brand Manager ben je verantwoordelijk het bepalen van de merk- en productstrategie en het jaarlijkse marketingplan om het marktaandeel te laten groeien. Je werkt samen met de Activatie Managers en de Digital Activatie Manager om de strategie full funnel uit te rollen in de diverse kanalen. Je werkt samen met Global om de lokale behoeftes kenbaar te maken en andersom.
Gezien de complexiteit van de rol met verschillende merken, landen en kanalen zoeken we een strategisch persoon die goed is in plannen en prioriteiten stellen, sterk in samenwerking en op zoek naar manieren om strategie te versterken.
Je leidt de jaarlijkse merkplannen en bepaalt, in lijn met global strategie, de inzet van A&P en de juiste activatie-touchpoints.
Je brieft de Marketing en Digital Activation Manager over campagnes en stuurt actief op de uitrol van de Global campagnes en materialen aangevuld met lokale marktbehoeften.
Je geeft input aan Global met betrekking tot innovaties en productontwikkelingen; marktinzichten, -vereisten en de business case. Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor het lokale launch proces.
Je beheert het assortiment en productmanagement in afstemming met Activatie Management en Sales en drijft assortiment initiatieven met Global.
Je werkt samen met Global aan projecten (bijv. campagnes) en deelt lokale inzichten en geeft feedback op de strategie en projecten.
Je identificeert en ondersteunt de ontwikkeling van clinical evidence voor jouw productfolio en therapiegebieden, in samenwerking met Global.
Je hebt ervaring in marketing.
Je hebt een afgeronde HBO-WO opleiding.
Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands. Bij voorkeur een goede kennis van de Franse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
Je hebt meer dan 3 jaar relevante werkervaring.
Je bent communicatief vaardig.
Je bent analytisch en strategisch sterk.
Je bent flexibel, gedreven, pro-actief, teamplayer en energiek.
Ervaring in de gezondheidszorg is een pre.
