Coordinates customized product orders by managing communication between customers, third-party decoration vendors, and internal operations. Ensures accurate mockups, timely production, and on-time delivery of branded safety equipment and apparel.
Requires 1-3 years of experience in customer service, operations, or coordination roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems, specifically NetSuite, is required.
Description
Reporting to the Distribution & Logistics Manager, the Logo Production Coordinator plays a key role in our organization’s success through supporting the execution of customized product orders by managing communication between customers, third-party decoration vendors, and internal operations. This role ensures accurate mockups, timely production, and on-time delivery of logo-applied products such as safety helmets, high-visibility apparel, and other branded items.
This position blends customer service, vendor coordination, and operational support, requiring strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless execution of customized orders while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery
This role is based in our St Paul office Monday through Thursday, with the option to work from home on Fridays.
