The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for sourcing and maintaining profitable accounts through outbound calling and targeted customer meetings. The role focuses on driving business growth and aligning customer service with the company's safety and production goals.
Candidates should have over 3 years of outside sales experience and a preference for mechanical experience. An insurable driving record and the ability to lift 25 pounds are also required.

The OSR is a key contributing role that is responsible for sourcing, cultivating, and maintaining relationships of profitable potential and current accounts for the company. The OSR plays a crucial role: aligning excellent customer service with our internal need to deliver excellence safely. This position is highly collaborative, internally and externally facing, and requires a high level of customer service and communication skills.
