Ihre Aufgaben / Responsibilities:
Verantwortung für das administrative Tagesgeschäft, Import & Export, und Supply Chain Module im SAP System
Kommunikation in der Region EMEA mit B2B Kunden, Ecovacs Vertrieb, Logistikdienstleistern, internen Fachabteilungen, sowie mit unserem Headquarter in China.
Bedarfsermittlung, Einkaufs und Bestandsplanung, um die maximale Warenverfügbarkeit sicherzustellen und Risiken zu minimieren
Planung und Koordination der Warenflüsse
Management unserer Logistikpartner und -dienstleister (inkl. Ausschreibung, Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen) sowie Prüfung und Einhaltung der Vertrags- und Lieferbedingungen der Kunden
Monitoring und Steuerung der operativen Prozesse und Budgets mit KPI-Reportings & Analysen inklusive Retail Compliance der Kunden
Weiterentwicklung zukunftsfähiger Konzepte unserer logistischen Strukturen, Prozesse und Systeme für Lagerhaltung, In & Outbound- und Reverse-Logistik in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Dienstleistern und IT, im Kontext unserer internationalen Expansionsstrategie in der Region EMEA ( Multichannel)
Kontinuierliche Aufgaben und Prozessverbesserung durch eigenständige, funktionsübergreifende und Länderübergreifende Projekt

Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss im Logistikbereich / Supply Chain Management
Sie haben Spaß an Automatisierung der Prozesse und sind flexibel im Umgang mit neuen und wechselnden Aufgabenstellungen
Hohe Prozess- sowie Umsetzungsorientierung, eine strukturierte und transparente Arbeitsweise, Eigenverantwortlichkeit, und Leistungsbereitschaft runden Ihr Profil ab
in sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office (insbesondere Excel), und ERP-Systemen wie z.B. SAP Business One
Sie besitzen eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
Sie haben gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
