Maintain and enhance outdoor spaces through routine landscaping tasks such as pruning, mowing, and plant care. Ensure the property remains clean and safe while monitoring plant health and managing irrigation systems.
Requires previous landscaping experience and the ability to perform heavy physical labor, including lifting up to 100 lbs in various weather conditions. Candidates must have knowledge of Colorado plant species and irrigation system maintenance.

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper / Landscaping Technician to maintain and enhance the appearance of our outdoor spaces. This role is responsible for general landscape maintenance, plant care, and ensuring the property remains clean, safe, and visually appealing. We want someone who is passionate about creating and maintaining beautiful garden beds. Our goal is to showcase our huge palette of avaible plant material.
Requirements
Echter's is one of Colorado's premier nursery and garden centers. Echter's grows their own flowers in the greenhouses onsite and only grows for their own store. The store carries everything for gardening including trees and shrubs, roses perennials, pots, hand tools, fertilizers, fountains and garden decor. Also offers houseplants, gifts, patio furniture and grills and wild bird seed. Plant doctors are on staff every day in the front of the store. The landscaping services department specializes in residential renovation and new areas. During the holidays the store becomes a Christmas shop with permanent and fresh cut trees, poinsettias and ornaments. Open year round. Family owned since 1959. Because Life Should be Beautiful.
