The Sales and Operations Advisor manages the full sales cycle by engaging customers to understand their needs and matching them with appropriate vehicles and financing. They also perform essential dealership operational tasks, including inventory management, administrative documentation, and store opening/closing procedures.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, with an associate or bachelor degree preferred. A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and retail operations is required, along with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

The Sales and Operations Advisor focus on delivering effective customer interactions by understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle, inventory, and financing options. They ensure each customer either completes a purchase or understands the next steps to do so. In addition to customer engagement, the Advisor supports dealership operations by completing required operational tasks, maintaining compliance, and helping ensure the dealership is prepared to deliver consistent, high-quality customer experience.
