Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and weekly scheduling of over 400 seasonal lifeguards across multiple commercial pool locations. Maintain certifications, handle daily staffing communications, and ensure all facilities are fully staffed throughout the season.
Candidates should possess strong organizational and communication skills with proficiency in scheduling software and office suites. Prior experience in aquatics, seasonal staffing, or team coordination is preferred.

We are a leading commercial pool management company seeking a highly organized and motivated Lifeguard Coordinator to oversee the recruitment, scheduling, and management of more than 400 seasonal lifeguards across multiple commercial swimming pool locations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving scheduling challenges, and helping build a successful aquatics team. Prior aquatics experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
As our Lifeguard Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in building and managing one of the region's largest seasonal lifeguard teams. Your work will directly contribute to providing safe, well-staffed aquatic facilities for thousands of swimmers each season.
