The behavior technician provides direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to clients aged 2-21 through play-based learning and structured teaching. They are responsible for implementing programming, collecting accurate data, and maintaining client records.
A bachelor's degree and relevant experience are preferred for this role. Candidates must be able to obtain RBT certification within 6 months and possess the physical ability to work on the floor with children.

REPORTS TO: Director of the Thrive Center
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The behavior technician’s primary responsibility is to provide direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to assigned clients with fidelity. The Behavior Technician will work with clients to provide therapeutic services as directed by the supervisor. Services include play-based learning opportunities, community and social support, and structured teaching with clients ages 2-21.
