You must be proficient in mobile video editing apps like CapCut and have a strong instinct for trending audio and formats. No formal degree or professional experience is required, but you must provide links to your social media work.

You are on the floor with a phone, a light, and a mic. You shoot it, you cut it on your phone or in CapCut, and it's posted the same day. Sometimes within the hour. You'll live in our Oakland office, our stores, our Whatnot and TikTok Live sets, and wherever the brand shows up.
We post a lot. Expect to ship 20+ finished vertical pieces a week. (Adjust to your real number.) If your instinct is that good work takes a week, this isn't the role. If your instinct is that the trend is dead in four days, keep reading.
