The Knowledge Base Specialist is responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining HR knowledge base articles to ensure accurate information access for employees. They will collaborate with HR teams to audit content, troubleshoot user inquiries, and implement new HR initiatives.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience working with HR information systems and knowledge bases. Strong research, writing, and organizational skills are required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.

The Knowledge Base Specialist will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing Dollar Tree's HR knowledge base, ensuring employees have access to the latest information and resources they need to succeed. They will be responsible for creating, editing, and publishing HR knowledge base articles, as well as preserving the overall quality and accuracy of the knowledge base.
Start Rate = $75,000-$85,000 based on experience plus 10% bonus.
