The Store Manager Trainee is responsible for managing daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory control, and ensuring high standards of customer service. They will also recruit, train, and develop store associates while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of prior retail management experience, with preference given to those with hardlines or big box retail backgrounds. Strong communication skills and the physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs and frequent walking are required.
