The associate is responsible for daily store operations including merchandising, stocking, and processing freight. They also manage sales transactions at the cash register while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and previous retail or customer service experience. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks such as walking, standing, and kneeling.

As a Customer Service Associate II, you’ll be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of your assigned store, from merchandising to supporting customers. While focusing on providing a clean, welcoming environment, you will be fully cross-trained to support the cash register and able to switch to front-end duties as needed.
