Support the execution of compilation, review, and audit engagements while preparing working papers and tax filings. Assist with client communication and information gathering to ensure smooth engagement workflows.
Requires 1-2 years of public practice experience and active pursuit of a CPA designation. Candidates should have a growth-oriented mindset and basic experience with financial statements and tax filings.
About the role
We’re currently looking for an experienced Staff Accountant, Private Enterprise to join our Vancouver office. In this role, you’ll support the execution of compilation, review, and audit engagements, assist with tax filings, and build the foundational technical and client-service skills needed for a successful career in public practice.
You will work closely with a collaborative team of Partners, Managers, and Senior Accountants across a diverse client base. This is an excellent opportunity to learn, ask questions, and develop your skills while being surrounded by peers also pursuing their CPA. You’ll receive mentorship, exposure to a variety of industries, and hands-on learning opportunities in a supportive, team-first environment.
