About the Role
The Logistics Specialist is responsible for coordinating, executing, and optimizing all inbound and outbound freight across multiple warehouse locations. This role centralizes logistics activities currently handled by sales, warehouse management, and administrative staff, while ensuring freight compliance, cost control, and on-time delivery performance.
Initially, the role focuses on execution and stabilization. Over time, it will evolve into freight consolidation, carrier strategy, and 3PL sourcing to support continued company growth.
