Lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of medium to large Microsoft 365 engagements with a focus on messaging and security. Serve as a technical lead and trusted advisor to customers while mentoring junior engineers.
Requires 5+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years specializing in Microsoft 365 solutions and Exchange Online. Must have strong expertise in M365 security, compliance, and PowerShell automation.

DGR Systems, a growing premier technology consulting company, is looking for a Senior Engineer with expertise in Microsoft 365 solutions.
This individual will serve as a senior technical contributor responsible for leading medium to large Microsoft 365 engagements while helping customers modernize, secure, and optimize their collaboration and productivity platforms. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise across Microsoft 365 workloads with a primary focus on Exchange Online and Messaging solutions while maintaining strong competency with Microsoft 365 security and compliance capabilities.
The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and provide consultative guidance to customers. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to customers while mentoring less experienced engineers and contributing to the continued growth of DGR Systems' Modern Workplace practice.
