About the role
We are looking for a resourceful and driven professional to join DESRI, based out of the firm’s Hyderabad, India office. The successful candidate will be a part of a small, inclusive, highly skilled team responsible for supporting DESRI’s portfolio of wind, solar and battery projects in an agile environment that values collaboration, thoughtful problem solving, and attention to detail.
What you'll do
Coordinating onboarding and offboarding logistics, including documentation tracking, systems and equipment coordination, stakeholder follow-up, ticket management, and partnership with IT, hiring managers, and internal teams to support a seamless employee transition experience
Managing operational aspects of background check administration, including coordination with vendors (e.g., Checkr), tracking turnaround times, resolving routine process issues, and supporting candidate communications and follow-up as needed
Supporting employment verification requests, including request intake, coordination with third parties, preparation of standard documentation, direct outreach via email and phone, and tracking completion of requests and responses
Providing support for employee systems access requests and inquiries, including coordinating with IT and internal stakeholders, tracking requests through resolution, and escalating complex or urgent matters as appropriate
Supporting survey administration and employee engagement initiatives, including survey creation, testing, distribution, response tracking, analysis of survey data and trends, and preparation of summary reporting and insights
Maintaining HRIS and internal systems, supporting data integrity, reporting, workflow tracking, and operational processes, while identifying opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency
Partnering closely with the U.S.-based Human Capital team to support day-to-day operations, drive consistency across processes, and ensure timely follow-through on deliverables and employee support needs
Managing operational trackers, documentation, reporting, and administrative workflows across multiple concurrent workstreams with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Supporting ad hoc Human Capital projects and process improvement initiatives, including coordination across internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
Strong interest in building a career in Human Capital operations
Early-career candidate (e.g., ~1–3 years of experience) preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong sense of ownership, urgency, follow-through, and ability to manage priorities independently
