The Service Advisor will manage customer relationships and facilitate vehicle maintenance and repair processes. They are responsible for delivering high-quality service while working alongside technicians in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates must have proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive role. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with strong knowledge of automotive services and proficiency in dealership software.
