We are on the lookout for an AMAZING Store Manager to take our store in Cottesloe to the next level! This is a part time role working 33.75 hours per week over a Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday roster.
Cottesloe offers a unique retail experience, with a strong local following and a more intimate, boutique-style setting. This role is about connection - building relationships with customers, leading a tight-knit DREAMTEAM, and delivering AMAZING service in a space where quality and personal styling matter. As Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of the store’s performance, set the tone on the floor, and shape a culture that reflects both the DECJUBA brand and the Cottesloe community.

As a predominately female-led, Australian owned company we believe our DREAMTEAM are our asset, with over 2000 of us delivering AMAZING across our Store Network, Distribution Centre and Head Office based in Melbourne.
