Diagnose and perform complex repairs on engines, transmissions, drivelines, and suspension systems. Conduct safety inspections and document all work according to Ford and dealership standards.
Requires at least 3 years of automotive heavy line or powertrain repair experience and a valid driver's license. Ford certification or OEM training is preferred.

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production/Productivity.
