Collaborate with product managers to conceptualize new makeup, skincare, and haircare products. Manage the 360-degree development process and create marketing documents and market analysis reports.
The candidate should be able to assist in product formulation, packaging, and agency briefing. Proficiency in conducting qualitative and quantitative market studies is required.
En étroite collaboration avec nos chef de produits sur les axes maquillage, soin et capillaire, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :
- réflexion créative : contribution à la conceptualisation de nouveaux produits, animations, décors, noms, etc.
- suivi des développements produits/360° : formulation, tests, packaging, fichiers de décor, etc.
- aide à la réalisation des différents documents marketing inhérents à un lancement produit : présentations diverses, dossiers marketing, briefs agences, ...
- études qualitatives (veille concurrentielle, tendances marchés, etc.) et quantitatives (analyse des performances produits, positionnement prix, etc.)
