The Cigar Concierge is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and providing expert product recommendations. Key duties include maintaining store cleanliness, managing inventory, and upholding legal age requirements for sales.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess firsthand knowledge of cigars and pipes. Required qualifications include 1-2 years of retail sales experience and the physical ability to stand for entire shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.
As the Cigar Concierge, you play a critical role in ensuring every customer receives an exceptional customer service experience. You will process transactions, answer questions, stock shelves, and ensure every customer leaves feeling positive about their visit.
