Ce que nous recherchons

Nous recherchons un ou une superviseur(e) marketing, mise en marché bilingue pour contribuer à la croissance du pipeline grâce à des messages produits clairs, du contenu marketing solide, des outils d’aide à la vente et l’exécution de campagnes.

Il s’agit d’un rôle concret pour une personne dotée d’un fort sens des affaires, capable de traduire des solutions techniques en valeur claire pour des audiences d’affaires et de fournir aux équipes de vente les outils nécessaires pour convertir les occasions.

Objectif du poste

Vous contribuerez à la croissance de Datavalet en prenant en charge les messages produits, en créant du contenu marketing à fort impact, en développant des outils d’aide à la vente et en soutenant l’exécution de campagnes qui génèrent des leads qualifiés et font progresser les occasions.

Principales responsabilités

  • Définir, améliorer et maintenir les messages produits et les propositions de valeur pour les principales solutions et les marchés cibles.
  • Traduire les capacités techniques en valeur claire et axée sur les affaires pour différents profils d’acheteurs.
  • Créer et améliorer des outils d’aide à la vente comme des présentations, fiches d’une page, études de cas, fiches produits et contenus de réponse aux objections.
  • Générer des leads grâce à des messages percutants, du contenu optimisé pour le SEO/AEO et des outils efficaces qui soutiennent la progression du pipeline et la conversion des occasions.
  • Recueillir les commentaires des équipes Ventes et ADR afin d’améliorer l’efficacité des contenus.
  • Diriger la création et l’évolution des contenus marketing clés, notamment les textes du site Web, brochures, présentations, études de cas, courriels et outils de vente.
  • Collaborer avec le ou la gestionnaire marketing numérique sur les messages de campagne, le contenu, le ciblage des audiences, les actifs et l’alignement avec les objectifs de campagne.
  • Travailler avec les équipes Ventes, Produit, Préventes, Livraison, Marketing numérique, ADR et Leadership afin d’aligner les priorités marketing sur les objectifs d’affaires et de pipeline.

Exigences clés

  • De quatre à six années d’expérience en marketing B2B dans le secteur technologique, idéalement en SaaS, services gérés, télécommunications ou environnement similaire.
  • Expérience en positionnement, messages produits, aide à la vente, génération de leads et soutien à la mise en marché.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en rédaction et en révision pour des audiences d’affaires et techniques.
  • Capacité de traduire des solutions techniques en valeur d’affaires claire et convaincante.
  • Solides compétences en gestion de projets et aisance à gérer des priorités changeantes.
  • Expérience avec des outils comme HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Microsoft 365 ou des plateformes similaires.
  • Bilinguisme en français et en anglais, avec la capacité de rédiger, réviser et collaborer dans les deux langues.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a bilingual Marketing Supervisor, Go-to-Market who can help drive pipeline growth through clear product messaging, strong marketing content, sales enablement, and campaign execution.

This is a hands-on role for someone with strong business acumen who can translate technical solutions into clear value for business audiences and give Sales the tools they need to convert opportunities.

Job Purpose

You’ll support Datavalet’s growth by owning product messaging, creating high-impact marketing content, building sales enablement materials, and supporting campaign execution that helps generate qualified leads and move opportunities forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, refine, and maintain product messaging and value propositions across key solutions and target markets.
  • Translate technical capabilities into clear, business-focused value for buyer personas.
  • Create and improve sales enablement tools such as presentations, one-pagers, case studies, product briefs, and objection-handling content.
  • Generate leads through strong messaging, SEO/AEO-based content, and effective materials that support pipeline progression and deal conversion.
  • Gather feedback from Sales and ADR teams to improve content effectiveness.
  • Lead the creation and evolution of core marketing content, including website copy, brochures, presentations, case studies, emails, and sales tools.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager on campaign messaging, content, audience targeting, assets, and alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Work with Sales, Product, Pre-Sales, Delivery, Digital Marketing, ADR, and Leadership to align marketing priorities with business and pipeline goals.

Key Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of B2B technology marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, managed services, telecommunications, or a similar environment.
  • Experience with product messaging, positioning, sales enablement, lead generation, and go-to-market support.
  • Strong writing and editing skills for business and technical audiences.
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into clear, compelling business value.
  • Strong project management skills and comfort managing shifting priorities.
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Microsoft 365, or similar platforms.
  • Bilingual in English and French, with the ability to write, edit, and collaborate in both languages.
