The Service Project Supervisor directs and evaluates roofing technicians while performing various roofing services and repairs across multiple states. They serve as the primary on-site customer contact and ensure all projects meet safety standards, budgets, and technical specifications.
Candidates need experience in commercial or industrial roofing with a preference for leadership experience and a strong understanding of installation methods. A valid driver's license and the physical ability to perform strenuous labor at heights are required.
Job Summary
The Service Project Supervisor is in constant contact with customers and must provide excellent customer service. Continuous verbal and written communications between the customer and office are required. The Service Project Supervisor directs, evaluates, and guides the activities of one or two other service project technicians. The Service Project Supervisor performs a variety of roofing services including, but not limited to, leak calls, maintenance, repairs, roof alterations, technical services, and small re-roofing projects. These roofing services are performed in many states, making travel an essential part of the job and on a wide variety of systems including built-up roofing, cold- and torch-applied assemblies, coatings, EPDM, foam, metal, and single-ply.
