You will lead the operational ramp-up of new sites from commissioning through to series production while managing cross-functional interfaces. Additionally, you will drive operational excellence initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize yield, throughput, and costs.
You must have 3 to 5 years of experience in a production or industrial environment, ideally with site ramp-up expertise. A degree in industrial, mechanical, process, or business engineering is required, along with proficiency in data-driven tools and effective communication skills in English and German.
