We’re hiring a friendly, organized, and dependable team member to support our Marketing Department through customer communication, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
What You’ll Do
- Answer calls and assist customers with professionalism and care
- Contact potential customers and schedule appointments (script provided)
- Schedule and confirm appointments for customers and Sales Reps
- Enter and manage customer data accurately
- Support marketing efforts by organizing lead information
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable talking on the phone
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
