Provide technical support for end-users and manage a hybrid IT environment consisting of cloud-based systems and on-premises infrastructure. Responsibilities include monitoring system performance, administering identity and access management, and documenting technical processes.
Requires 3 to 7 years of experience in IT support or systems administration with proficiency in Azure, AWS, and Windows Server. Candidates should have strong troubleshooting skills for desktop and mobile operating systems and experience with virtualization technologies.

CUBRC is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team located in Buffalo, NY to provide support for the corporate hybrid IT environment, including cloud-based systems (Azure, AWS), on-premises infrastructure, and end-user support.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience troubleshooting technical issues, managing cloud services in a Microsoft Azure Environment, and providing excellent support to all end users.
