You will support the Content and Customer Success team by managing supplier inquiries, processing product data updates, and handling customer support tickets. Additionally, you will contribute to process optimization and ensure clear communication with stakeholders regarding complex requests.
You must be currently enrolled in a degree program, preferably in IT, Computer Science, or Business Informatics. Proficiency in both German and English, along with a structured, reliable, and data-accurate working style, is required.
