Join Our Team as an Apprentice Electrician!

Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated and dependable First-Year Electrical Apprentices to join our growing team in New Mexico and Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a rewarding career in the electrical trade while gaining hands-on experience working alongside licensed electricians on commercial, industrial, and energy-related projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist journeyman and master electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
• Safely use and maintain hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
• Pull wire, install conduit, terminate electrical devices, and assist with equipment installation.
• Follow project plans, drawings, and supervisor instructions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Travel to project sites as required.
  

What You Bring to the Team:

• Enrolled in or willing to enroll in a registered electrical apprenticeship program.
• Basic knowledge of common hand tools and their safe use.
• Basic computer skills, including email, electronic timesheets, and mobile applications.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
  

Work Schedule:

• Primarily Monday through Friday, 10-hour workdays.
• Some projects may require extended rotations of up to 21 consecutive workdays.
• Occasional overtime, weekends, and out-of-town travel may be required based on project needs.
