The Fast Track Manager will lead team members to provide exceptional customer service while ensuring safety and operational quality. Responsibilities include coaching staff, performing maintenance, and managing daily carwash operations.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess an Associate or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent service-industry management experience. The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks in an outdoor, fast-paced environment.

Back in 1948, Founder Joe Dahm opened Indiana’s first automated carwash, Mike’s Minit Man. A few years later, Joe’s brother Ed Dahm, joined the business.
