As a Concession Sales Consultant, you will collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences through knowledgeable service and seamless execution of operational processes, whilst upholding the brand values.

Key responsibilities

• Our customers are at the heart of everything we do - always put the customer first by providing an exceptional customer experience through great service, excellent product knowledge and a seamless point of sale transaction
• Be the reason the customer returns to us because you consistently exceed their expectations.
• Live and role model the CRG values collaborating with your store team to deliver results and contribute to team experience.
• Actively maintain a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeing.
• Understand the brand and CRG strategy and how your role contributes to the delivery demonstrating this in your day-to-day work.
• Utilise tools available to keep yourself up to date with the latest products so you can share that knowledge with your customer.
• Assist with the execution of store visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards.
• Contribute to the smooth operations of the store through effective management of stock and loss prevention and provide recommendations to your leader on opportunities for improvement.
