Join Concilio’s CUA3 team and help lead impactful, community-centered child welfare work while supporting and developing a team of dedicated case managers.
What You’ll Do
As a CUA Case Management Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of case managers and play a critical role in ensuring children, youth, and families receive high-quality, compliant, and compassionate services.
You will
Lead, coach, and support a team of case managers and support staff (minimum of 5)
Assign and review cases to ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance with all DHS, city, state, and federal standards
Provide guidance on complex cases involving foster care, adoption, guardianship, protective services, and more
Support staff development through training, mentorship, and performance feedback
Review service plans, case progress, and recommendations for closures or transfers
Collaborate with internal leadership and external partners including courts, agencies, and community organizations
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, policies, and service delivery
Ensure all services are trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and family-centered
You’ll serve as a key liaison between frontline staff and leadership while helping shape the quality of services delivered across the unit.
Qualifications
What You Bring
Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
At least 3 years of supervisory experience in social work (child welfare preferred)
At least 3 years of direct social work experience, including full performance level work in child welfare
Strong knowledge of child welfare systems, policies, and legal requirements
Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and support staff growth
Strong decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
