The Accountant is responsible for preparing financial and taxation documentation and facilitating inventory costing in compliance with IFRS and government regulations. Key duties include managing quarter-end and year-end financial statements, treasury management, and collaborating with operations for cost planning and forecasting.
Candidates should hold a degree in accounting or business, with a CPA designation preferred. Required expertise includes strong financial and cost accounting skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems, and experience with the Canadian taxation system.
