Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Applicants must also pass a TB test and an MDHHS background check.

This Program of Wings provides assistance and referrals to youth 9-21 who are in crisis. This position is up to 59 hours every two weeks, scheduling is based on events that are planned in advance, Typical shifts are 4-8 hours and are double staffed going out into the local communities and providing resources to youth in need. Normal shifts may start as early as 8 am and end as late as 9 pm. The work environment includes in-office and outdoor events year-round. Some evenings and weekends are required.
