The Deli Manager is accountable for the day-to-day operations of the deli department, ensuring exceptional presentation and customer engagement. Key duties include leading the team to meet sales targets, managing costs, and maintaining strict food safety and compliance standards.
Candidates should have previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and direct or indirect leadership experience. Proficiency in managing stock, waste, and team development is essential for success in this role.

About the role
Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll have full accountability for the day-to-day running of the deli department. You’ll take pride in contributing to a store which is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for our customers, team members and community.
