You will be accountable for the day-to-day running of the deli department, ensuring it is well-presented and engaging for customers. Your role includes leading and developing your team to meet sales targets and maintain high standards.
Candidates should have previous experience in a fast-paced customer-facing environment and direct or indirect leadership experience. The role requires maintaining department standards and adhering to food safety and compliance regulations.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll have full accountability for the day-to-day running of the deli department. You’ll take pride in contributing to a store which is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for our customers, team members and community.
