Support the full lifecycle of technology M&A transactions from kick-off to closing, including the preparation of investment memoranda and financial modelling. Assist with commercial marketing efforts, prospect identification, and the creation of sectoral research papers.
Candidates should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree and possess prior M&A experience in investment banking, private equity, or venture capital. Fluency in both French and English is required, with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong analytical skills.
