The Shipping and Receiving Supervisor is responsible for leading hourly employees, managing production schedules, and ensuring all materials are transported safely and efficiently. They must also maintain compliance with food safety and OSHA regulations while providing data reports to management.
Candidates should possess strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, cold environment. Experience in team management and knowledge of state and federal regulations is preferred.
